My passion is helping motivational speakers, training coaches and professionals who want to improve their confidence with presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Just last year, I have helped people from all walks of professional life to manage their fear of failure, enhance communication and confidence.

By applying a range of improvisational games, psychology, project management and storytelling techniques I helped a designer who was feeling unconfident, unloved and unworthy. After my 12-week program she achieved the confidence she needed to secure a job she loved and is able to communicate better with her family.

I have also trained a lawyer improve his public speaking skills and confidence, with the achieved aim of being pre-selected for The Greens in Western Sydney

I have also helped a real estate marketer improve the delivery of his workshop presentations and is now reaping the benefits of enhanced sales.

My own story? I was previously ‘that shy guy’ who dreaded social functions, speaking out in meetings, often stammering with 'um' and 'ah' fillers and always being ignored for others around him.

However, in late 2007 all that changed. Be it fate or luck, I won a spot in an improv class which helped me become more confident, less afraid, more communicable, more observant and more dynamically charged.

I became unflappable, controlling that fear of failure. I have taught others what I've learnt from years performing on stage, running successful weekly shows and in festivals and controlling that boardroom meeting without intimidation.

What makes me different? I understand the corporate/commercial environment as I've been there since 1996. I understand the nuances, needs and benefits of Western and Asian cultures having been raised in both. I understand the differences, yet how both organisational and project processes can empower creativity and innovation, and vice versa.
